Kelseyville, California is also known for their 100 percent pure extra virgin olive oil.
They grow a lot of organic crops there.

I will have to check with Bishop Sergios of HOTCA/GOC who lives at St. Gregory of Sinai Monastery near Kelseyville.

To think I have never heard of Kelseyville - either for the special-sounding olive oil,
OR the Monastery.
Oh, so THAT's where it is located.
That must be the one that was getting started about ....7 or 8 years back ? It's sort of
north of Santa Rosa, but not in the direction of the Coast ? Or maybe north of Ukiah,
in that area, do you happen to know ?

The monastery is actually in Loch Lomond just south of Kelseyville and Clear Lake, but north, northeast from Santa Rosa, which is about 26 miles from the monastery. It is beautiful wine country.

It was originally established as a HOCNA monastery, but changed to HOTCA/GOC back in 2011.

Where can I buy good quality incense, and/or beeswax Candles from a TOC jurisdiction?
I have usually bought my incense from the ROCOR monastery that used to be in House Springs Missouri, and now are in Virginia I think. Anyways, while I like their incense, I feel I should not support members of the MP financially while our own people are having such a hard time to make ends meet. So I want to switch to TOC suppliers and makers of Incense and candles.

Re: Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

If you have a icon lamp, you can place olive oil in these lamps. Do any of our True Orthodox have olive groves where they produce their own olive oil? Many places in Italy are now controlled by the Mafia which mixes inferior canola and hazelnut oil with the olive oil and then they dare to sell it as 100% pure extra virgin olive oil. Apparently, there is no testing to certify that oils are 100% olive oil, thus the fraud continues.
