The Roman Catholic Church has modified all the Holy Canons with the issuance of the New Code of Canon Law of 1917 and has issued further renovations. Many of these original Holy Canons had anathamas attached.

Members of World Orthodoxy have disregarded many of the Holy Canons saying that modern man cannot abide by them and that economia is necessary. Yet, this is the same type of reasoning the RCC used to do away with the Holy Fasts until today all the Roman Catholics must do is fast and abstain on Ash Wednesday, all the Fridays of Lent, and Good Friday. Nothing more is demanded of them. Yet, from reading some historical logs, one can discover that the crew of Christopher Columbus who were practicing Roman Catholics also observed the Black Fast (the Orthodox Great Lenten Fast) even while onboard ship. It was called the Black Fast as no meat, eggs, and dairy products were allowed.

Forgive me. These quotes were only posted here in this section on WORLD ORTHODOXY because people in World Orthodoxy are being given the lie. We are not in World Orthodoxy, so there is no need for us to even read the threads in World Orthodoxy.

However, I am still struggling from the aftermath. My friends in World Orthodoxy do not even realize that INCLUSIVE LANGUAGE is part of the heresy of Ecumenism. They have no idea that ecumenism and modernism are heresies. Furthermore, they keep asking me which one of the Seven Holy Ecumenical Councils has condemned either ecumenism or modernism. We have not had a recent Ecumenical Council that can address these modern errors, and even if we did have a Pan-Orthodox Council, it would be staffed by members of World Orthodoxy who would not dare to condemn themselves.

Is there a Holy Canon which condemns specifically Ecumenism and Modernism? I do not think so.

Yet, is there a Holy Canon which was written to condemn any future heresies which would include Ecumenism and Modernism?

Look at the feminist inclusive language movement.

Insidiously, this agenda is being pushed silently but surely by all the academic accreditation agencies throughout the world.

One may ask: Why should we be concerned about what is going on in the academia world?

Should any of our children, grandchildren, or relatives seek a college degree, they will be exposed to inclusive language that is mandated by the MLA and other style manuals whenever a college student, graduate student, researcher, or college professor writes any scholastic papers.

Our seminarians who attend accredited institutions or seminaries will also be mandated to use this kind of language.

Whenever a priest or bishop is asked to give a benediction before a political body, such as the Democratic or Republican Convention, which were just recently held in the USA, these clerics must use inclusive language. Furthermore, they must get their benediction pre-approved before delivering it. Note: there is no longer any freedom of speech. Saying "O Lord and Master" has too errors in it according to the Modernists.
