A dilligent search on our latest pdf's has a link to downlad the document to the computer, to use on the reader of your own choice.

It's the link under the .pdf image that says "Download Document to PC"

Yes, I clicked that link. Remember I have a MAC, not Windows, thus I could not download the document to my MAC.
Instead, I got the ads listed below when I clicked the "Download Document to PC:"

I would really like to read his letter in full, but I have not been able to do so with the illegible PDF document posted at NFTU.

As I mentioned in another post, the heresy of name-worshiping sounds the same as the Hari K. They believe that saying the name of K is the power of their god. It's in saying it. I believe that if we understand the source of the movement of name-worshiping, we will see that the path leads to them which is a group within Buddhism. This is what is infiltrating into the Orthodox faith (whether new or old calendar). I'll still include the new calendarists under Orthodoxy just to distinguish between Orthodoxy and other "Christian" religious beliefs. Of course, we see it plausible with the new calendarists because they are so ecumenical. They have been infiltrated by this ideology for a long time. But, it is also effecting the old caledarists. So we have to question the faith of those who teach this.

I think we should examine the source of influence of those in HOCNA who support name-worshiping. I guarantee that you will find that they have been influenced by Buddhism. Once we find the source, then we can identify the problem.

It is so important to understand the other religions. The Apostles and holy fathers were quite aware of what the other religions taught and when they saw reminiscences of those beliefs expressed in the Orthodox faithful, they addressed them with great force.

We must educate ourselves about other religions in order to understand how to defend against them.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)

I was told by several New Calendar Orthodox priests that they enjoyed reading Thomas Merton, the marxist who converted to Catholicism and then became a priestmonk and abbot. Through his lectures and books, Thomas Merton had a world wide influence on Pagans, Protestants, Roman Catholics, and Orthodox Christians. This priestmonk died by electrocution in a bathroom accident when he was in the Far East studying pagan religions. Apparently, his hair dryer fell into a puddle of water on the floor.

Regarding Buddhism and Hara K.:

Several Eastern Catholic Jesuits Priests, not Father Taft, are into Eastern pagan meditation, and use a form of this when praying the Jesus Prayer. They call it "centering prayer," and it apparently resembles New Age and Wiccan practices.

Anyway, a lot of very weird stuff is going on in Roman Catholicism. I knew about these deviant practices because I was a convert from Roman Catholicism. Thus, with the New Calendarists befriending Roman Catholic priests, it is not surprising that the heresies, modernism, and New Age stuff in the RCC will contaminate them.

Returning to the topic of Name Worshippers:

Joanna, I read some of your interactions with Nun Xenia, and you seem to have a great grasp of what Name-Worshippers are. Before reading some of Nun Xenia's posts here, I had no idea that Name-Worshippers even existed.

Apparently, the Name Worshippers started at Mt. Athos in the late 19th century, then spread to Russia. Bulatovich was the main Name-Glorifying theologian. By 1913, it was condemned by the EP Germanos V.

Here is an excellent website with more information about the Name-Worshippers:

http://onimyaslavie.blogspot.com/2012/0 ... ds-vs.html

This article contains definitions of the Name-glorifiers from articles written by a prominent Name-glorifier, Tatiana Senina; as well as quotes from Anthony Bulatovich himself. Bulatovich was the principle Name-glorifier ‘theologian’. These definitions are then contrasted to direct quotes from the Holy Fathers of the Church.

Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me a sinner.
