Who is Father Sava Bogdan

Christ is Risen!

Can anyone tell me who Fr. Sava Bogdan is, and in which jurisdiction he is? Is he still in the synod of Bp Agathangel, or has he joined another TOC jurisdiction?

I believe Despotovac recently posted about him. It seems he is now in the RTOC.
