The deposition of the former Metr. Kosmas Skretas

The exact wording of the decision of the Holy Synod of the Church of True Orthodox Christians against the former Metropolitan Kosmas Skretas of Trikala from 2th and 5th Sept eccl.cal. 2011 is based on six Canons of the Canon Law of the Holy Orthodox Church (see: Pidalion/Rudder):
1) can. 25 of the Holy Apostles
2) can. 27 of the Holy Apostles
3) can. 70 of St-Basil the Great
4) can. 9 of the First and Second of the Regional Synods (Protodevtera)
5) can. 5 of the 5th and 6th Ecumenical Council (Quinisextum)
6) can. 18 of the 7h Ecumenical Council.
First the former Metropolitan Kosmas was set on a unlimited suspension ("argia"), after he has acted liturgically (only one day after the decision from 2th Sept), he was deposed ipso facto (taking place automatically) from the rank of a Bishop and reduced to the rank of a monk
