I think the moderators are not fair. I would love to see someone here on the forum to begins to make such nonsense is the account of Archbishop Kalinikos. How would moderators react in this case? How many times has he warned, and he on his own obscene and defamatory way of writing does not change? It is obvious that the disparage of the STOC option is welcome here.

Jgress, a few things are scandalous about this appearance. First and fore-most did ArchBishop Paul give his blessing? This is His Canonical territory and they were His guests.
For Serbians in particular it leaves a sour taste and betrayal that when the Serbian Holy Land the heart of Serbia where the Serbs received their Christianity is being ripped away from them and ArchBishop Artemije is being persecuted by these same worldly powers for NOT accepting any monetary donations or Help for the historic monastery's Abbess Efrosyne is seeking help from them. NO one has done more harm to Serbia and its image worldwide than the American media.
According to the Canons; one is not to receive gifts from Jews. Go to theaters, do anything without their Bishops knowledge and blessing. Accept gifts from fornicators, those not married in the Church. Also from heretics and schismatics.
I roughly stated these from memory of what's left of it. Everyone is compelled and allowed their own opinion and I would not dare and place mine on them,the fact is though that 10 out of 10 serbs who did not directly benefit from these donations, find this action horrible.
The media is NOT good and the ones who control it. The general population is just trying to live their lives in the USA.
Jgress You are doing a phenomenal job as are most of the moderators here concerning this fiery topic the schism within Serbian-GOC and the GOC of Greece. You are overreacting.

Abbess Euphrosyni did not force anyone to help her monastery. We all--the Orthodox Christians of North America, GOC and RTOC--gave freely whatever we could. She did not receive money from Jews...

Moreover, she did not ask to be interviewed on television. The news reporter you saw in the video clip is Fr. Stephen Allen's sister (Novice Sarah's aunt). She asked them to appear on her TV show.

Please stop this line of argument.

Regarding Bp. Artemius, please ask him when it will be when he plans on completing his undertaking in fighting ecumenism and join the GOC.
