(May 31) Turkey threatens action; Israel on alert:
http://ibnlive.in.com/news/turkey-threa ... 743-2.html

Turkey... warned of unprecedented and incalculable reprisals.

Ankara warned that further supply vessels will be sent to Gaza, escorted by the Turkish Navy, a development with unpredictable consequences.

Israel has sounded an alert throughout the country fearing rocket attacks by Hezbollah in Lebanon [backed by Syria].

The Arab League has called an urgent meeting on Tuesday to decide on a common response. Egypt is under pressure to end the blockade of Gaza while Greece has cancelled a military exercise with Isreal.

The world is waiting for the response from Washington, how will President Obama react to the provocation from America's closest ally.

Revelation 13:4:

...and all the world wondered after the Beast. Who is able to make war with him?

(May 31) Holy Sweet Lord, Turkey has announced they will send another flotilla to Gaza—escorted by the Turkish Navy!
http://www.ianwelsh.net/holy-sweet-lord ... kish-navy/

If they actually do this, it is the very definition of throwing down.

Wow.

Does Israel want a war with Turkey? They can’t win it, short of using nukes, and Turkey is a NATO member, if Israel attacks NATO ships, Turkey can invoke Article V (in fact, they can invoke it already, since the ships were attacked by a non NATO power on the high seas.) If Turkey does so, of course NATO nations will refuse, but doing so will break NATO.

This is high stakes.

[...]

Also if Turkey and Israel goes to war, it’s at least 50/50 the Egypt jumps in as well.

Who will Obama back? He is the first President of the USA, of whom, this could be asked as a serious question.

Isaiah 17:

This message came to me concerning Damascus:
Look, the city of Damascus will disappear!
It will become a heap of ruins
.
2 The towns of Aroer will be deserted.
Flocks will graze in the streets and lie down undisturbed,

h no one to chase them away.
3 The fortified towns of Israel will also be destroyed,
and the royal power of Damascus will end.
All that remains of Syria
will share the fate of Israel’s departed glory,”
declares the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

4 “In that day Israel’s[c] glory will grow dim;
its robust body will waste away
.
5 The whole land will look like a grainfield
after the harvesters have gathered the grain.
It will be desolate,
like the fields in the valley of Rephaim after the harvest.
6 Only a few of its people will be left,
like stray olives left on a tree after the harvest.
Only two or three remain in the highest branches,
four or five scattered here and there on the limbs,”
declares the Lord, the God of Israel.

7 Then at last the people will look to their Creator
and turn their eyes to the Holy One of Israel.

If Obama sides with the Muslims, Israel could launch nukes (Damascus no longer a city), and yet still be decimated, the few Jews that remain would be or become Christian.

Even if Israel rolls over for the Turks, Obama could now be in a position to force them to surrender E. Jerusalem and the site of the Temple.

(May 31) Tropical storm leaves more than 115 dead in Central America:
http://www.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/americas/ ... tml?hpt=T1

Guatemala was hit hardest, with at least 92 deaths, 54 people missing and 59 injured, emergency officials said. Nearly 112,000 people have been evacuated and more than 29,000 are living in temporary shelters, Guatemalan President Alvaro Colom said in an address to the nation late Sunday.

The devastation has been widespread throughout Guatemala with mudslides destroying homes and buildings and burying some victims. At least nine rivers have dramatically higher levels and 13 bridges have collapsed, the nation's emergency services said.

In the northern part of Guatemala City, the downpour created a giant sinkhole that swallowed up a space larger than the area of a street intersection. Residents told CNN that a three-story building and a house fell into the hole.

(May 30) Hundreds die in Indian heatwave: Death toll expected to rise as India faces record temperatures of up to 122F in hottest summer on record:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/ma ... ave-deaths

Record temperatures in northern India have claimed hundreds of lives in what is believed to be the hottest summer in the country since records began in the late 1800s.

The death toll is expected to rise with experts forecasting temperatures approaching 50C (122F) in coming weeks.

Some of these events are AMAZING - and all in such a short span of time, too!
There definitely are strange events going on.

Did not know about the prophecy about Damascus.

I had seen ONLY the one about the frogs in Greece, which was astounding enough by itself.
My favorite was the rat that ran across TWICE when Obama was speaking - I'm the sort of person who believes in heavenly signs, unlike perhaps most others.
The writeups were funny.

Here's the latest anima 'message'l:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100601/ap_ ... treet_bees

Gives details of third bee invasion of the year, at a Cipriani restaurant on Wall Street. The relocation of the bees to Connecticut prompted commenters to suggest kicking out some of the restaurant's clientele of bad investment bankers and exiling them to Siberia.
Other commenters opined that Siberians would not want these corrupt figures either and toss 'em out.

Could there be any connection in fact, that the bees landed on a Wall Street door, rather than on a Cathedral's entryway?

The Memorial Day connection is what stood out to me.

Obama Rained Out of Memorial Day Ceremonies at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery:

http://www.foxnews.com/slideshow/us/201 ... y/#slide=3

It's a bee market as insects swarm Wall Street:
http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/1006 ... treet_bees

At noon Monday, with the markets closed for Memorial Day and tourists filling Wall Street, Bonnetain was outside when he suddenly saw "thousands of bees flying around." Pedestrians stopped in wonder; some ran in fear.

Strange, especially for a species that has been withering away to such an extent that the food supply is endangered.

(May 2, 2010) Fears for crops as shock figures from America show scale of bee catastrophe: The world may be on the brink of biological disaster after news that a third of US bee colonies did not survive the winter:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2 ... s-collapse

The decline of the country's estimated 2.4 million beehives began in 2006, when a phenomenon dubbed colony collapse disorder (CCD) led to the disappearance of hundreds of thousands of colonies. Since then more than three million colonies in the US and billions of honeybees worldwide have died and scientists are no nearer to knowing what is causing the catastrophic fall in numbers.

2006, 2006, hmm, I seem to remember someone beginning a meteoric rise from obscurity in 2006, starting even to be compared with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Barack Star: Following Obama through New Hampshire.
http://www.slate.com/id/2155121/

Dec. 11, 2006

Brenda Bladen was trying to explain why she liked Barack Obama so much—he was authentic, selfless, and inspirational. He was restoring her faith in politics. "I'm not comparing him to Jesus Christ but … " she said, before talking about the senator's humble beginnings.

[...]

He downplayed the fuss over his potential candidacy, saying he is just the flavor of the moment and a mere "symbol or stand-in for a spirit that says we are looking for something different—something new." It's wise for him to temper expectations for his candidacy. If voters stay in such a deep state of affection, they may get disappointed some day when he doesn't walk on water.

John 18:36:

Jesus answered, "My Kingdom is not of this world: if my Kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my Kingdom not from hence."

(Oct., 2007) Obama, inside Pentecostal church, "I'm confident we can create a Kingdom right here on earth."

Excerpt from a book put out just this May:

Rabbi David Saperstein, reading from Psalms in English and Hebrew, noticed from the altar that the good men and women of the congregation that day, including the Bidens and other dignitaries, had not yet stood. Finally Bishop Vashti McKenzie of the African Methodist Church asked that everyone rise. At that moment Saperstein saw something from his angle of vision: "If I had seen it in a movie I would have groaned and said, 'Give me a break. That's so trite.'" A beam of morning light shown through the stained-glass windows and illuminated the president-elect's face. Several of the clergy and choir on the altar who also saw it marveled afterward about the presence of the Divine.

(May 31) Trust your senses
http://gulfblog.uga.edu/2010/05/trust-your-senses/

One of the strangest things about these deepwater plumes we’ve been tracking is that we see a strong CDOM signal but there’s been no visible oil in the deepwater. That changed today: we saw oil in the deepwater. We sampled a station about a mile south of our previous stations (you can get our position and our ship track on http://www.marinetraffic.com, just look for the R/V Walton Smith in the Gulf of Mexico sector) and we saw the most intense CDOM signals that we’ve seen so far. The Pelican cruise sampled near here three weeks ago but the CDOM signals we are seeing now are much stronger.

[...]

We triggered sample collection bottles 300m below the plume, from two depths within the plume, and from 300m above the plume. When the water collected from within the plume was transferred into collection bottles, we noticed an oil sheen. You could see it. Everybody saw it. Everybody got excited. Seeing is believing. Even more, the bottles from the plume layers smelled strongly of petroleum. The bottles from above and below the plume did not.

(June 1) BP clashes with scientists over deep sea oil pollution:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2 ... -pollution

BP has challenged widespread scientific claims that vast plumes of oil are spreading underwater from its blown-out rig in the Gulf of Mexico. The denial comes as the oil giant prepares for a new operation to put an end to the worst oil spill in US history – which could see the leak get worse before it gets better.

[...]

BP's chief executive, Tony Hayward, said it had no evidence of underwater oil clouds. "The oil is on the surface," he said. "Oil has a specific gravity that's about half that of water. It wants to get to the surface because of the difference in specific gravity."

Hayward's assertion flies in the face of studies by scientists at universities in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi, among other institutions, who say they have detected huge underwater plumes of oil, including one 120 metres (400ft) deep about 50 miles from the destroyed rig.

Raw crude behaves differently at that depth and pressure, as they know from their own studies.

(June 2) Underwater Oil Plumes In Gulf EXPOSED By ABC News (VIDEO)
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/0 ... view=print

ABC News has new video showing oil plumes 40 miles out in the ocean, just southwest of the Deepwater Horizon. So far, three large underwater islands of oil have been discovered, some 20 miles long by 6 miles wide. The new found plumes will surely increase the outrage against BP as the company tries for the seventh time to stop the leaking oil.
BP has previously denied the existence of these plumes.

(June 2) BP Media Clampdown: No Photos Of Dead Animals, Please
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/0 ... view=print

"There is a lot of coverup for BP. They specifically informed us that they don't want these pictures of the dead animals. They know the ocean will wipe away most of the evidence. It's important to me that people know the truth about what's going on here," the contractor said.

"The things I've seen: They just aren't right. All the life out here is just full of oil. I'm going to show you what BP never showed the President."

I'd be amazed if Obama didn't know, and that he didn't order the NOAA to reverse itself and start saying no comment on the huge underwater plumes of oil.

(June 2) NOAA Director Toes BP Line; Won't Confirm Sub-Surface Oil Despite Evidence
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/0 ... view=print

"Despite more than three weeks of accumulating scientific evidence that gargantuan plumes of oil lurk beneath the surface of the Gulf of Mexico -- presenting an imminent threat to sea life and a possibly decades-long threat to the nation's coastlines -- NOAA Director Jane Lubchenco on Wednesday refused to contradict BP CEO Tony Hayward's statement over the weekend that "the oil is on the surface" and "there aren't any plumes."

Scientists on NOAA and academic research vessels have been reporting since the week of May 10 that they have spotted -- and sampled -- oil suspended in the water column. And the Huffington Post has learned that lab results from a previously secret NOAA research mission have been analyzed; its results just haven't been made public.

But to Lubchenco, the Obama appointee running the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, all the accumulated evidence is just "circumstantial."

Since when has video footage, among other things, being "circumstantial"?!

(June 2) BP Oil Leak May Last Until Christmas in Worst Case Scenario
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid= ... fFTgqayIKY

BP’s attempts so far to cap the well and plug the leak on the seabed a mile below the surface haven’t worked, while the start of the Atlantic hurricane season this week indicates storms in the Gulf may disrupt other efforts.

“The worst-case scenario is Christmas time,” Dan Pickering, the head of research at energy investor Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. in Houston, said. “This process is teaching us to be skeptical of deadlines.”

(June 2) WASHINGTON—BP PLC has concluded that its "top-kill" attempt last week to seal its broken well in the Gulf of Mexico may have failed due to a ruptured disk inside the well about 1,000 feet below the ocean floor.
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142 ... d=yahoo_hs

The ruptured disk may have allowed much of the heavy drilling mud being injected into the well last week to escape into the rock formation outside of the wellbore, people familiar with BP's findings said.

And, there you go, a pathway that could be the real source of the gigantic underwater oil plumes.

Barack Obama Biography: Barack Obama Born To Lead:
http://www.barack-obama-bio.com/barack- ... ground.php

In mid 1988, Barack traveled to Kenya, spending five weeks there.

(June 22, 1988) Kenya Times Report: Maitreya, Akatsa & Bonnke: About 6,000 worshippers at Muslim Village, Kawangware, Nairobi, (Kenya) believe they saw Jesus Christ, in broad daylight last week.
http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/kenyatimes.html
http://www.balaams-ass.com/journal/prop ... traya2.htm
http://www.watchman.org/reltop/maitrey2.htm

The tall figure of a barefooted, white-robed and bearded man appeared from nowhere and stood in the middle of the crowd. He was walking slowly towards the new church building away from the tent. Mary walked with him, side by side.

She tried to explain that 20 cripples had managed to walk again a few minutes ago because of the day's blessings. But nobody, except perhaps a few, heard this. They were busy talking to "The Lord". I looked at my watch. It was 4.15 pm. Her voice was drowned by cries and loud moans of "Jesus! Jesu. Yeeesu! You have come. Welcome Jeesus! Wash our sins. Help us Jeesus!" For many, it was the last prayer. It appeared to them the "Son of Man" had at last fulfilled His promise of coming back to earth. They knelt down in emotional prayers in a frantic effort to save their souls at the 11th hour. A man lying near to me urinated in his trousers. But I stared back at the stranger in the meeting without blinking. Strange, sporadic light wafted on top of his turbaned head, his feet and his entire body.

The scene and mood of the worshipers reminded one of the Old Testament times of the Tower of Babel when languages became "confused" (Genesis Chapter 11). Everyone was murmuring something. Others were flat on the ground weeping uncontrollably in praise and worship, in total submission to the occasion. Mama Akatsa appealed for calm. But it was difficult. The "Holy Spirit" had descended. Yes, the vice and crime-infested slums of Kawangware had been transformed into 'a holy ground'. The man whispered something to Akatsa for about two minutes. She later informed the crowd that the strange man would address them.

In clear Swahili, which had no traces of accent, the strange man announced that the people of Kenya were blessed, especially those who had gathered at the venue that afternoon. He said Mary had an important mission to unify people of all races and tribes under the umbrella of God through Jesus.

"I implore you kindly to steadfastly hold on to your faith as the world will be no more. We are nearing the time for the reign of heaven. But before that I shall come back and bring a bucketful of blessings for all of you. Please respect Mary as she is a true representative of 'The Most High' ", the man said and reminded the crowd to live to the teachings of the Bible.

As the strange man was about to leave, two women left their seats and surged forward to where the man and Mary stood. They advanced towards him on their knees, tears streaming down their cheeks. "Shetani Rhihswaah!" the man told the two, and down to the ground they went with a thud, as the ancient Hebrew curse word sent echoes everywhere. The word was used 2,000 years ago to rebuke demons and evil spirits.

It took the crowd nearly 20 minutes to recover after the man left the meeting in a car belonging to a Mr. Gurnam Singh, who offered to give him a lift. But it will probably take Mr. Singh his lifetime to recover from the shock he got two minutes later. On reaching the bus terminus for KBS Route No 56, the man informed Mr. Singh to stop the car as he wanted to alight and head for heaven. On getting out, he did not ascend. He walked a few paces beside the road and simply vanished into thin air. Several people who witnessed this were astonished by his mysterious disappearance.

[...]

But this time, the photographer, known as Francis Kaburu, managed to take about six snapshots of the strange man, successfully. It is alleged that this may have been a hoax, after all. Already, reports have it that the person cited was a "Jinn" or a mysterious spirit, hence his mysterious disappearance.

But Mary Akatsa discounts this contention: "This was Our Lord. He promised in the Bible to come back in different forms ..."

Maitreya in Nairobi:
http://www.share-international.org/back ... airobi.htm

On 11 June 1988, a man suddenly appeared before a vast crowd in Nairobi, Kenya, gathered to witness healing prayers. Instantly recognizing the tall, white-robed figure as "Jesus Christ," the crowds fell down overcome with emotion. The editor of the Swahili edition of the Kenya Times, veteran journalist Job Mutungi, witnessed the event and took some pictures. A summary of his article as it appeared in his newspaper follows.

About 6,000 worshippers at Muslim Village, Kawangware, Nairobi, believe they saw Jesus Christ, in broad daylight last week.

Meteorologists record a temperature of 53.7C (129F) in Mohenjo-daro as heatwave continues across Pakistan and India:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/ju ... wave/print

1 June 2010

Mohenjo-daro, a ruined city in what is now Pakistan that contains the last traces of a 4,000-year-old civilisation that flourished on the banks of the river Indus, today entered the modern history books after government meteorologists recorded a temperature of 53.7C (129F). Only Al 'Aziziyah, in Libya (57.8C in 1922), Death valley in California (56.7 in 1913) and Tirat Zvi in Israel (53.9 in 1942) are thought to have been hotter.

Temperatures in the nearest town, Larkana, have been only slightly lower in the last week, with 53C recorded last Wednesday. As the temperatures peaked, four people died, including a prisoner serving a life sentence for murder and an elderly woman. Dozens are said to have fainted.

The extreme heat was exacerbated by chronic power cuts which have prevented people from using air-conditioning. The electricity has cut out for eight hours each day as part of a severe load-shedding regime that has caused riots in other parts of Pakistan where cities are experiencing a severe heatwave with temperatures of between 43C and 47C.

[...]

The global temperature for March was a record 13.5C (56.3F) and average ocean temperatures were also the hottest for any March since record-keeping began in 1880.

[...]

On Sunday, scientists reported that Africa's Lake Tanganyika, the second deepest freshwater lake in the world, is now at its warmest in 1,500 years, threatening the fishing industry on which several million lives depend. The lake's surface waters, at 26C (78.8F), have reached temperatures that are "unprecedented since AD500," they reported in the journal Nature Geoscience.

Methane is +23 times a greater greenhouse agent than carbon emissions, explosive (methane bubbles are thought to be the scientific reason behind the Bermuda Triangle sinking of ships/planes), and dwarfs the amount of oil coming out of the Gulf.

UPDATE: Gas Leak 3000 Times Worse Than Oil - Updated Math:
http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2010/ ... dated-Math

May 16, 2010

A BP executive stated that they were removing 3000:1 gas to oil at the well before the explosion. (thats 3000 cubic feet of gas for every barrel of oil) The amount of oil leaking into the gulf is 25,000 to 70,000 barrels.
a 3000:1 ratio would mean 75 - 210 million cubic feet of gas per day being released.

There is 5.64 cubic feet of gas per barrel.

That would mean there is 13.3 to 37.2 million "barrels" of gas being released each day.
(note: this is at standard atmospheric temp and pressure. At the ocean floor and 2,400 pounds per square inch, this gas is compressed by a factor of of over 1000 and will expand as it rises. So, in the video coming out of the pipe it looks like 75,000 to 210,000 barrels of gas per day.

Ocean currents likely to carry [surface] oil to Atlantic:

June 03, 2010 — A detailed computer modeling study released today indicates that oil from the massive spill in the Gulf of Mexico might soon extend along thousands of miles of the Atlantic coast and open ocean as early as this summer. The modeling results are captured in a series of dramatic animations produced by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and collaborators.

From what I'm reading, I'd be surprised if the oil from the underwater plumes weren't already far out into the Atlantic, heading towards the Artic and Europe.

Anyway, as the surface oil closes in on the Florida coastline, it will probably result in the shutdown of several power plants that rely on seawater for use as coolant.

(May 18) Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant Braces for Oil Spill's Impact:
http://www.am850.com/index.php?id=3045

She says Progress Energy is taking no chances considering the potentially devastating effects of oil entering their plants. Aside from the Crystal River Nuclear complex in Citrus County, Progress Energy is making preperations at their Anclote Plant in Pasco County and their Bartlow Plant in Pinellas County.

(May 27) Oil spill poses risk to Gulf power plants:
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news ... er-plants/

The Anclote facility, which provides electricity to about 600,000 households north of Tampa-St. Petersburg, is just one of at least six power stations along the Gulf Coast that could be at risk from the crude spreading out from BP’s wrecked well site.
