Trisagion prayer

I have a question to the Priests in this forum. Can the Trisagion Service be conducted just before the Funeral Service? or does it have to be conducted the evening before the Funeral Service?

First of all, I hope you are not arguing with your priest or bishop about this.
I do not know why it couldn't be done before the funeral, but I am more curious to find out; why can't it be done the night before?

Thank you Father Mark for your answer. I only asked because I have never say it done before. The reason the Trisagion service was done before the Divine Liturgy was because the person who passed away ,wishes was that she did'nt want to inconvenience the people.
