Peter can you name this "TOC" priest?

PS you know what the criminal code is? I deal with it everyday just like many other attorneys.

Hence, the state of society. This criminal code you talk about...is that the same one used to let off the criminals?

No wonder you're confused about what is right in Orthodoxy.

Ecumenism is the flower of the world. Go pray with your papists and pagans, but don't expect others to believe in that.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)

Peter,

You are incorrect in your statement that most Greek Old Calendar bishops received their succession from a single-bishop consecration. This only applies to the Matthewites. The Florinites received their consecrations from ROCOR. Abp. AKAKIOS (Pappas) was consecrated by Abp. SERAPHIM of Chicago (ROCOR), and Abp. THEOPHILOS of Detroit (ROCOR). The bishops who later comprised Abp. AKAKIOS' Synod were consecrated by Abp. LEONTY of Chile (ROCOR), and Abp. AKAKIOS. These consecrations were recognized in 1969 by the Synod of Bishops of ROCOR, under the primacy of Metropolitan St. PHILARET, and full communion was established with the GOC. In 1983, ROCOR anathematized Ecumenism.

Solemn Anathema Against Ecumenism

Pronouncement of the Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, 1983, signed by all the Bishops, to be permanently added at the end of the Anathemas listed in the "Rite of Orthodoxy," celebrated on the First Sunday of the Great Fast, the Sunday of Orthodoxy:

"To those who attack the Church of Christ by teaching that Christ's Church is divided into so-called "branches" which differ in doctrine and way of life, or that the Church does not exist visibly, but will be formed in the future when all "branches" or sects or denominations, and even religions will be united into one body; and who do not distinguish the Priesthood and Mysteries of the Church from those of the heretics, but say that the baptism and Eucharist of heretics is effectual for salvation; therefore, to those who knowingly have communion with these aforementioned heretics or who advocate, disseminate, or defend their heresy of ecumenism under the pretext of brotherly love or the supposed unification of separated Christians, Anathema!"

Actually only 1 bishop admited to taking part in the florenite concecration, and that was clouded with rumours of simonia.

Even if this was true, do not forget by the recognition by a "valid" synod corrects possible previous infractions in the chirotonies.

First give the proofs of simobia. Who gave money to whom? How much?
