I disagree. I really don't pay much attention to what the women in my parish are wearing. Nonetheless, I have seen women in other churches wearing what any reasonable person would think is very inappropriate clothes, but not at my present parish. Its obviously an issue of concern or people wouldn't be discussing it.
For example, I was in a Presbyterian church once shortly before I converted to Orthodoxy where a few women were wearing low-cut or backless party dresses and mini skirts. Forget prayer veils. So if I notice that then its my problem? Is that what you're trying to say?
The issue here I think is reasonable to discuss and more related to secular trends infiltrating our church, rather than men not paying attention to the liturgy. With all due respect, the problem here is not with men.
