Former Orthodox friend turns to the papists and evangalists

Post by joasia »

Hi All,

More bad news. A close friend of mine, who lives in another city, became very distraught with the jurisdictional issues and bickering that he got so fed up that he left the Orthodox Church. He was baptised around 10 years ago in the New Calendar Orthodox Church.

He was so adament about the faith and now this? Why did this happen?

Please remember Timothy in your prayers. I'm too emotionally exhausted. I can't do this alone.

Thank you

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)

Its only going to get worse. Especially here in america. Until the converts wake up and learn what Orthodoxy truly is.

A novice monk from Holy Transfiguration Monastery less than a year ago left to be a lutheran for the same reason.
