Question about being 'made' a Saint

As the subject suggests, I was wondering, would anyone be able to tell me how the Orthodox Church chooses to make a person a Saint? I know it's not done like the Roman Catholic church does it.. they have to have 2 or more miracles to be a Saint. I hope someone can answer this question or direct me somewhere that I could find my answer. Thankyou in advance.
