I am nowhere officially due to material reasons but I will try to go to Germany or England. About ROcie : I think it is strange that the election of the new ROCIE Metropolitan has not taken place yet! I heard about discrepancies among the bishops. Moreover, I really think that ROCIE positionning is outdated. You cannot stay 100 hundred years in exile. After such a time, your children and grandchildren are not Russian and they do not care about Holy Russia. The solution was to create local mission or to keep a missionary work. But in the ROCIE parish I know there is no missionary spirit, no use or even interest in the local language, and of course mainly old Russian people with this nostalgy for Holy Russia and so on... This is not real world.

Are we going for instance to create an Exiled church of Albany ?(the Albany that used to exist in the Caucasus and was Orthodox?).

The solution was to open Russian parishes, this was made and gave birth to ROAC. So why is ROCIE mainly located OUT OF RUSSIA whereas their is a relative freedom in Russia, Ukrain and so on? Why don't they go back to their home land if they are an Exile church?

The GOC and ROAC are located on their respective homelands : with synods in their homelands. This is the normal thing and allows them to have a more balanced behaviour in their foreign parishes : missionary work that will be the base of possible autonomous or autocephalus local churches and taking care of Greeks and Russians. According to my modest opinion, the best thing for ROCIE would be to merge with ROAC.

Priidite, poklonimsja i pripadem ko Hristu.
