MAP - Map and page redone.
PORTAL - Updated with new books of the month.
BOTM- New books for Adults and for Children, I apologize that it has been 6 months since the last BOTM update.

PORTAL - Went through all the links. Some sites were dead so I removed them, adding new sites. other sites were live but had new URLs. All links should be working now and have good information.

FORUM - I have changed the ranks to English and shortened the descriptions of the sections of the forum so that they are all 3 lines or shorter. This should make for faster loading and less scrolling.

PORTAL - Added a few more links.

MAP - Removed 2 churches from the map that left the ROCiE-V for the RusOC-A
