Receptions of converts from World Orthodoxy.

Dear all,

How do ROAC and True ROCOR recieve converts from World Orthodoxy? By Baptism, confession of Faith, Chrismation or all three according to the circumstances? Is it left up to the priest or Bishop to decide or do your Synods have set policies?

The only Synodal policy that I know of with the ROAC is that we are to receive clergy from ROCOR-L by Confession. For MP clergy it is up to each bishop what he chooses to do at this point.
