My husband and I got married in the city hall last year and didnt get married in the church. He is orthodox but isnt a church goer, nor that religious either. I told him i want to have a church ceramonie so our marriage will be blessed by God, he told me that God is everywhere, it doesnt matter where you get married. I kept telling him how important it was for me, and he said this is something that i cannot change his mind about. Please pray for him , his name is Dragos Turner (took my last name).
do you have any advice for me?
God Bless,

Hello
Hello. I will pray for you. I do not have a special advice.
So do not be in a hurry and pray. I know an orthodox family that married 7 years ago at the City Hall only. They family is doing well, religiously too but they married at church only recently... I think you should also respect your husband choice and pray for him (and prevent yourself from harassing him)
I think that it is better to postpone you religious wedding when you do not understand exactly the meaning, or when you do not have faith... Growing in the faith will naturally lead your husband to religious wedding (which is a mystery and not simply a blessing).
1 Peter 3
1Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, that if any obey not the Word, they also may be won without the word by the conduct of their wives
Priidite, poklonimsja i pripadem ko Hristu.

Please Please pray...
Never been glad to have such a site that could cater those who are in need.
I should like to ask those who are here to please pray for my mother's recovery and for the other illness that might soon be discovered after the lab test results come in.
My mom is diabetic and she seems to be suffering a lot lately. I am very certain that prayers alone can save her from the pains and troubles that she is suffering right now.
Thank you and may all our prayers be answered.
