A metochian made-up with one person

I know about the existence of Metochion that are linked with a monastery. I would like to know if it is possible, as a layman, to be individually linked with a monastery and canonically depend on this monastery.

as a rule of thumb, anytime you are in regular attendance of a monastery/convent/skete with the blessing of the abbott or abbess, you are most definetly linked to that monastery, especially spiritually which means those very strong attacks of the evil one that the monastery/convent endures ,are most definitely comeing your way with a vengence so be prepared and be as close as possible to the Brothers/sisters, because even though you arent in black fashion, you are very close spiritually...
