Yahoo Groups

Out of curiosity I signed up for two Yahoo Groups that are supposedly
ROCOR (V)/ROCE friendly (ROCfriends and ROCORinExile) but for
some reason nobody is approving or denying my request to join … does
anyone knows the status of those groups? Are there any others on the
web (Yahoo, MSN, etc)?

As usual nobody answers what I asked for ... well, I guess that's one of the reasons I am not that active on these places, people only care about their own issues (most of the time fighting with someone else or about some canonical/non canonical group, etc). Thank you for everything.

I do not think that there is anything malicious in no one answering you. I think it is simply that in this case no one really knows. I suspect that with all the turmoil that has been going on at ROCIE there is no one monitoring the requests. See the ROCIE postings for details.

Please don't think that no one cares about you.

In the particular case of ROCfriends, I think that the owner of this yahoogroup is Father Kirill Bartoshevitch, surely he is very very busy with his fights against "all his enemies" (that is to say, everybody on whole World) on Paradosis yahoogruop.

P.S. I do apologize if anybody sent me any e-mails that went
unanswered - my computer crashed at the time when I was very busy
with ongoing projects and travels, so I even didn't bother to attempt
to fix it. Now I do have a little more time and my schedule is not as
demending as it was before, so my next project is going to be to fix
computer and start going through the postings, replying accordingly.
It is going to be a slow process, so please be patient.
Congratulations to the all Faithful Orthodox with all great feasts
that passed since my last participation.
