try www.thehtm.org or www.homb.org. They used to send somone to Japan each year to take the Eucharist to some faithful there. They could tell you more.

I will check in to what ROAC parishes we have in the far-east in the area in or near the Russian region that used to be mainland Japan. We have a bishop in the area, Vladyka Amvrosy of Khabarovsk.
