Borisoglebsk Convicts to study Orthodox faith
Regular lections on the foundations of the Orthodox faith are held in Borisoglebsk prison OG 118/9. About forty people attend the lessons of Archpriest Mikhail Terpugov, Dean of the Borisoglebsk District.

The principle objective of the course is to help convicts understand the Christian conception of the world. Fr. Mikhail tries to introduce the Gospels and basic moral principles to them, to teach them how to base their lives on God’s commandments, and to bring people, who had once broken the law, to the Church.
