it is a part of a logical deduction, or assumption
This is the whole problem with everything around the ROCOR_L and MP talks. My late mother always taught me to be careful of assumptions....since it will only make an === of you and me.

It is not the policy of the Moscow Patriarchate to commune non-Orthodox. That is a lie. Should you ever have the opportunity to visit the Kiev Caves Monastery, you will see a sign outside the main cathedral stating that Schimatics and Heretics may not commune nor are their names to be written on the commemoration sheets.
Never, has there been a document by the MP that they would endorse union with Rome without Latins first embracing Orthodoxy.
One can find problems anywhere, but please do not make up stories to fit your view of the Church.
The reconciliation between the MP and ROCOR is exactly what the Church needs. So, you can quote who you like but you are blind to what is happening in Russia today, because anything positive in the Russian Church (MP), any genuine piety or holiness there (just visit Valaam or Optina or many of the other re-established monasteries) threatens any of your claims.

Christ is in our midst!
Here's just a couple posts which clearly indicate a unionist mentalite in the MP:
This is utterly sickening, what the Fr. Komarovsky camarilla DOES NOT WANT YOU TO BE AWARE OF:

Secondly, I grew up with the MP: I served as an altar boy at St. Michael's in Redford, MI. I have met +Bishop Clement (now Archbishop) more than once. I did missionary work with the MP in N Michigan, at the time the Priest was Fr. E Michael St. Andrew, now pastor of their Grand Rapids, MI parish. I witnessed with my OWN eyes him communing latin heretics and I contacted his Bishop regarding it. I was informed that it WAS THE POLICY OF THE MP since the early 1970s to COMMUNE latins and permit to the Mysteries, that this had been arranged by nikodim in the climate of the "lifting of anathemas." The Bishop was made aware there were at least 5 RC parishes in the area, and he pined "THAT IT DID NOT MATTER." As a matter of fact when I first got to Jordanville, Fr. Luke (Murianka) made a point of rhetorically asking "how can we be in communion with them when they openly commune latin heretics and by the Canons that means deposition of us all?!" I DO NOT LIE. I expect an apology forthwith.
...the actions of Metropolitan Nikodim of Leningrad and others, the Moscow Patriarchate has already entered into communion...

... Only the Moscow Patriarchate responded to this and announced a decision favorable to the Catholics, allowing them to receive Communion in Orthodox Churches ...

how long did you stay with them after you knew it was wrong??????????
" Priest Siluan - I have also seen those of the MP give the communion to RC... and I know that there are certain people that take communion in both Churches (RC and MP)"
how was it that you were that close to see either communing together, if not in the presence of either one serving Liturgy..
Im amazed more and more how Fr.Seraphim was right about what he was seeing and what would happen-Sectarian Pride, outside Orthodoxy
