I saw a miracle today.
Orthodox people of every jurisdiction, praying together, under one roof before the icon of the Sitka Mother of God. And could you imagine? .... they weren't even fighting.
Miraculous!!!

Glory to Jesus Christ!
I also witnessed that miracle, last night in Boston. Greeks, OCA, Antiocheans, Ukrainians, & ROCOR. Also,, there was a miracle concerning relationships...I originally entered the Orthodox Church at Holy Trinity Cathedral. After leaving there, the new times I retuned to visit I had a cold reception from the pastor. Last night was totally different. My pastor entered the altar to serve and I remained in the nave praying before the holy icon. My pastor motioned for me to enter the altar. There I was very warmly greeted by the pastor and asked if I brought my subdeacon vestemtns to serve. I didn't...as a monk I simply wanted to venerate the icon. Father was very warm to me and invited me to return often. As the school I work at it a block from the church it will be easy for me to attend evening services there when my parish does not.
The unworthy hierodeacon, Vasyl
All Saints and Righteous Ones of North American, pray to God for us.

I used to attend this parish when I lived in Boston. A good friend of mine was there last night. Speaking to her after the event she related to me what you described- lay people and clergy of many jurisdictions all united for a common purpose. She said it was truly amazing.
Holy Trinity can seem "cold" at times, in my opinion...but Fr. Robert is a wonderful priest.
