Be assured, dear Rd. - you are now in my daily prayers,

Brother- is it good to pledge someone your daily prayers immediately after you have insulted them?
Does it concern you at all that many on this forum are being scandalized by your posts concerning Abp. Gregory?
I would enjoy reading anything edifying you can add to this forum but enough with all this other stuff already- no one here is asking for more of it. Many are asking that you stop your detractions. So why not show some love for your brethren with a little sensitivity?
And, in anticipation of your reply to this post.......thank you for your daily prayers.

You're most welcome! David.

In order to serve you better, please tell the 590 List members you presume to represent, your Church and OC Jurisdition, and how long you have been a TOC.

Be assured, dear David, I will never cease from exposing those who offend Christ's "little ones," and the ones like you, who defend those who do. [St Mark 9:42]

I forgive the insinuation, Brother.

Dear Junior David,

It was not an insinuation. It was a definitive assertion.

Now dear Junior and all of my youngling detractors as well - there is a simple solution to your intolerance of my "reproofs against the works of darkness," and my avenging of the wounded souls and molested innocent bodies of Christ's holy "little ones." [St Mark 9:42]

Simply this. Do not read my "reproofs" any longer. Choose another subject from the Forum Index. Comprende'?

I for my part have made a similar pact with my Christian resolve - not to click "reply" to your defense of "child molesters" and those who "practice a lie." [Revelations]

And be assured, I will keep you all in my prayers.

All Public Records of convicted child-molester Ross have been submitted to www.pokrov.org.

The owner of this very important site, Greta Larson, has assured me that she will expedite a speedy Public Presentation of these "Legal Criminal Proceedings & Documents," against child-molester, 'Fr. Savvas Ross,' who has been posing as a 'priest' thanks to the former Abp Gregory's blind ambition to build a 'virtual' kingdom that is not of the world to come.

Please be patient. I will announce when to click on www.pokrov.org to view all of the Criminal Proceedings and Records of the Former Abp Gregory's child-molesting priest, "Fr. Savvas Ross."

Sub Deacon Nathaniel,

My reply was addressed to David specifically in the form of a thank you for quoting the words of St. John Chrysostom.

"David,

Thanks for posting this. Good for us to contemplate and act upon in our own lives."

It was edifying to me personally and I made a generalized statement in regards to all on this board, and to whomever would read St. John's words.

If you choose to believe that this was directed to you personally, it was not due to any action on my part. It was a simple thank you to David.

As to your offer of prayers, I embrace them. Please, ask God to "lighten my darkness" in your prayers on my behalf.

Your fellow struggler in Christ,

Rd. Chrysostomos

Don't Touch It Mommy and Daddy, It's Evil

Dear Junior David,

It was not an insinuation. It was a definitive assertion.

As I am but five years younger than you, sir, I will not cowed by your hoary beard; when it comes to that, the hairs on my head testify to the likelihood that I could grow one myself.

Insinuation or assertion, you have rendered evil to one to whom you call yourself "brother". You know he does not defend child molesters nor power-mad hierarchs. I have ceased to wonder why the management fails to curb your slanderous tongue. Oh, I know: you do not consider it slanderous to denounce the evils of monks and clerics and hierarchs. In one sense, perhaps it isn't; but there's more to life than just railing against evil. And anyway: who appointed you chief prosecutor? You have witnessed to your own experiences more than adequately, indeed, to the point of tedium and annoyance. And as at least one person pointed out, in the original incident that provoked this you were, in their and my opinion, in the wrong, and (again in my opinion) you amplified it by essentially throwing a very public tantrum of a character that my nine year old daughter might produce. And somehow what you perceive to be your ill treatment (and notice that I agree that some of how you were dealt with was petty and cruel) annoints you to the rank of accusers of every miscreant out there, and gives you leave to heap abuse upon those who reject your self-appointment to this position.

Number me among those who reject the vocation you have chosen, and who find your ranting to be a blot upon the forum. Number me among those who reject the guidance of this elder Ephraim. Number me among those who reject the inevitable schisms and politics which seem to be part and parcel with traditionalist Orthodoxy, as we now see from afar in the latest ROAC turmoil.

I only ever came to this forum in an attempt to keep in check some of the secular insanity that dressed itself in vestments of silk and gold and spoke as if from beneath a miter. Surely, over time, I stepped over the line I had drawn for myself, and I do not ask forgiveness for this, but only express my regrets for having done so. But of late I have come to believe further efforts to be futile, and the current spate of diatribes and scandel-mongering has reinforced that belief.
