POLICE INCIDENT REPORT #05-2121

"On Saturday June 25, 2005, I was dispatched to 29020 C.R. in Buena Vista [Dormition Skete] in reference to a theft call. I arrived and Fr Peter Wheeler asked for my assistance in retrieving property back from "Brother Nathaniel" Kapner.

Peter said that Nathaniel had a monk uniform and keys to the Church in his possesion. I was present when Peter confronted Nathaniel and asked for the property to be returned. Nathniel refused to return the property and Peter advised that he wanted to press charges for the theft of Monastery property. I then handcuffed Nathaniel and placed him under arrest for theft."

I would suggest that you execise some Christian restraint and simply do not read my posts.

If you simply cannot resist the temptation to read my posts, and still wish to protest their contents, I then encourage you to protest to Father Nikolai Stanoscheck, Deacon, and owner of Euphrosynes Cafe' who contacted me and INVITED me to make these posts that you find objectionable. "By thy words thou shalt be justified and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." In other words, be careful.

I think the issue is more about the scandalous flavor of the posts. I don't know about the other memebers, but I got a warning signal when reading through them..very quickly.

Frankly, I don't know who this Nathanel is and therefore wonder about his spiritual state. What if he's baring false witness?

Your response is totally uncalled for and quite frankly, completely lacking in humility. It's proof enough for me, to see what kind of character you have. What a rotten way to respond. Many of us don't like these post and when we have an opinion about certain posts, we express them; Deacon Nicholai knows that very well. Perhaps he didn't think through on his invitation.

"By thy words thou shalt be justified and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."

First apply this statement to yourself. Sounds like you're PREACHING fire and brimstone. Isn't that always the way, when someone who thinks he's suffering for Christ, goes quoting and lecturing people.

In other words, be careful.

This sounds like a threat.

And drop the cordial...you're being anything but that.

When Fr Nikolai Stanoscheck invited me to make these posts with respect to my plight with Dormition Skete, I agreed in the hopes that his members would fulfill St Paul's exhortation:" Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:2)"

This whole affair with gregory has been an absolute nightmare for me, beginning with my 3 days in Jail and gregory's subsequent vilfication of me for the next 2 months when I did every thing I could to bring about an Eccelesiastical Court in obedience to our Savior's instruction to "tell it to the Church."

Now I have the oppurtunity to "tell it to the Church" at large. Would you and the rest of my critics, along with gregory, also deny me this my Gospel right?

Perhaps you and the others will one day find yourself in similar circumstances: "By your words....."

Agreed. But it is time to WAKE UP and accept the fact that YOU ALSO are responsible for the situation. YOU put yourself under his control. YOU made the poor decision in the first place.

So, accept that fact and move on.

The problem is that you are NOT "telling it to the Church". Gregory was not in COMMUNION with ANY OTHODOX CHURCH. Everyone else knew he was a fraud, an egotist and a looney.

Perhaps you and the others will one day find yourself in similar circumstances: "By your words....."

You should have written "PUT yourself in similar circumstances" YOU did this by making a poor choice - Gregory just reacted as expected.
