Why was the police called, there has to be more to the story than a simple argument between a monk and his abbott.........reguardless of what happened, now is the time to Walk on by,and let God be the Judge..its there monastery and they can do what they want....if we feel they are being unfair and taking advantage of there position then we walk away and ask God to guide us....................
Good luck..............and may God Help You
Archbishop GREGORY of Denver and Colorado
Moderator: Mark Templet
No, neither am I worthy of being one. But as an Orthodox Christian, we read the Fathers as strength and spiritual help of which they have taught us Theology in Practice.
By all mean, it is a schocking experience, but, publicly posting what others have allready seems meaningless. If he, (Subdeacon Nathaniel), wants to find some compassion, the best person to get it from is from God, through prayer. It doesn't a monk to know that.
Nathaniel, get strength and get up, do something about your drama. Don't let one disturbing, or even tramatizing event take you down, if one thing, a monk must be able to pick up his cross at all times regardless the trials. Be patient, and you will find some spiritual rest, but you must continue your search (since you are a novice/to be monk) for a monastery.
Good Paradise and struggle well, don't let yourself go down.
Wait compassion from God and you shall get it.
Abp Gregory Justifies The Jailing of Novice Nathaniel
EXPOSING ABP GREGORY - II
Abp Gregory Justifies Jailing of Novice Nathaniel Kapner
June 25, 05 - Abp Gregory and priest-monk Fr George are in Greece, arranginga secret ordination of Fr. George to the Episcopacy with Lamian bishop, MetAngelos of Avlona.
June 25, 05 - Fr Peter Wheeler presses charges against Sub Deacon/novice Nathaniel Kapner for stealing his cassock and Sbn Nathaniel is arrested and Jailed.
June 27, 05 - Mother Mariam pays Bail bond and releases Sbn Nathaniel fromJail. Fr Peter Wheeler did absolutely nothing to release his "brother" from jail.
July 5, 05 - Abp Gregory returns from Greece. He and Fr George have definiteplans to go back in October to have Fr George 'secretly' ordained to the Episcopacy.
July 6, 05 - Abp Gregory and Fr George meet with Sub Deacon Nathaniel in his motel room and blame Sbn Nathaniel for being Jailed.
The Abp stated:
a. "It was your fault for not returning Fr Peter's prostration, Nathaniel,
that's why he called the Police. For he believed you were a threat to the
community."
b. "You have as much blood on your hands as Fr Peter, if not more."
c. "You arrested yourself, Nathaniel, not Fr Peter."
d. "The State of Colorado put you in Jail, Nathaniel, not Fr Peter."
e. "You have been a disobedient novice, Nathaniel. You need to learn
'obedience.'"July 6, 05 - Sb Nathaniel informs the Abp and Fr George that he and Sbn Jerjis Alajaji request an Ecclesiastical Court with specific accusations against priest-monk Fr Peter Wheeler, novice Lazarus Keithley, and novice John Watts.
July 10, 05 - Abp Gregory, knowing that novice Lazarus Keithley is under 'accusation,' and having been warned not to do so by Sbn Dr. Jerjis Alajaji and Mother Mariam, Abp Gregory uncanonically tonsures Lazarus Keithley to the Great Schema. (Lazarus Keithley rejoined Dormition Skete in November, 2004. He was a former novice at
Dormition Skete, leaving in 1999 to join the Moscow Patriarchate. He has an impediment against him for this by Abp Gregory.)
Sbn Nathaniel's Request for Spiritual Court (Drm Skte)
EXPOSING ARCHBISHOP GREGORY - III
"Sbn Nathaniel Kapner Requests a Spiritual Court"
This following Letter of Request was handed to Abp Gregory and Archimandrite George by Sbn Nathaniel Kapner on July 11, 2005, in the presence of Mother Mariam, Abbess of Holy Apostles Convent, at Sbn Nathaniel's temporary dwelling in Buena Vista, CO, after he had been Jailed and forcibly removed from the Skete by priest-monk Fr. Peter Wheeler, on June 25, 2005.
Both Mother Mariam, and Sub Deacon Jerjis Alajaji were in full support of Sub Deacon Nathaniel's request for an Ecclesiastical Court against the defendants listed below. The charges against the 3 defendants will be sent on the next postings:
July 11, 2005
Your Esteemed Eminence, Archbishop Gregory!
I, Sub Deacon Nathaniel Kapner, request that an Ecclesiastical Court be convened on 7/16/05, or on a date of your choosing, at Dormition Skete Monastery, to hear the charges I have against Presbyter Fr. Peter Wheeler; Sub Deacon John Watts; and Lazarus Keithley, novice.
Because I believe that these charges are of a most grave and serious nature, I request of your Eminence that Subdeacon Dr. Jerjis Alijaji, and the Abbess of Holy Apostles Convent, namely, Mother Mariam, be present.
I am in pursuit of seeing that Canonical Ecclesiastical behavior, which has been egregiously violated, be examined, restored, and maintained through an Ecclesiastical Court. And that such an Ecclesiastical Court, presided over by your Wisdom and Prudence, along with Archimandrite George, will give these charges a fair and sober hearing, and addressed accordingly.
I promise to abide by the decision of the Court as being final, and hereby give notice to you, that I definitively relinquish this day, my canonical right of appeal.
I have taken this grave responsibility of calling for an Ecclesiastical Court, that we may secure God's blessing on our infant Church by affirming correct Ecclesiastical behavior. Thus we may confidently look forward to an optimistic future for the GOCA here in America, and throughout the world.
Respectfully Requested,
(signature)
Sub Deacon Nathaniel Kapner

ADDENDUM:
I, Sub Deacon Nathaniel, promise this day, to pursue a peaceful reconciliation with the three defendants listed - pursuing a dismissal of all enmity and ill-will towards them from my heart and mind.
I also promise not to divulge to any others apart from those who already know, any information regarding this matter. [Contigent upon the allowing of an Eccelesiastical Court

DOCUMENTS ATTATCHED TO SUB DEACON NATHNANIEL'S "REQUEST FOR AN ECCLESIASTICAL COURT"
[NOTE - The canons cited were researched and affixed by Mother Mariam of Holy Apostles Convent, and Sub Deacon Jerjis Alajaji.]
18 CHARGES AGAINST PRIEST-MONK FR PETER WHEELER:
6/24/05 - Father Peter falsely accused me, a clergyman of the
Cathedral, of lying, asserting that Abp. Gregory did not, as I had affirmed,
grant to me the day off for my Name's Day on this date. Father Peter
admitted that he did not substantiate his accusation with the Abp, yet he
proceeded to excommunicate me for the following day, and affixed a
harsh, confirming-penance to my excommunication without the consent of Abp.
Gregory, violating Canon XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let
presbyters and deacons do nothing without the consent of the bishop."Presbyter Father Peter called in the Police to assist him in his
fallacious pursuit of my "trespass" and "theft." [See Evidence: "Police
Notification," Document #05-2121] 6/25 /05. This violates:
A) I Corinthians 6: "Dare any of you, having a matter against another,
go to the law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?"
B) The 9th Canon of the 4th Ecumenical Council [p. 253] "If any
clergyman has a dispute with another, let him not leave his own bishop and
resort to secular courts, but let him submit his own case to his own
bishop, or let it be tried by referees chosen by both parties and approved
by the bishop. Let anyone who acts contrary hereto be liable to
canonical penalties."
C) The 14th Canon of Carthage [p.612] "... if anyone ... resorts for
justification to civil courts ... he shall nevertheless lose his
position."
D) The 115th canon of Carthage [p.671] "... whosoever shall apply to
the Emperor for a trial in public courts of justice shall be deprived of
his own honor."Father Peter called in another clergyman, Sub Deacon John Watts, and
novice Lazarus Keithley to aid and abet his unlawful purposes against
me in conjunction with the Police, making them partakers of his sin of
violating St. Paul's express command in I Corinthians 6, the 9th Canon
of the 4th Ecumenical Council, the 14th Canon of Carthage, and the
115th canon of Carthage. 6/25Father Peter asked the Police to assist him in removing me from
Mother Mariam's property, [See Evidence, Mother Mariam's Legal Documents].
I had told the Police I was on her property for the sole purpose of
seeking asylum, of which asylum, Fr. Peter denied me. 6/25Fr. Peter took the matter out of the ecclesiastical sphere and into
that of the civil authorities when he called the Police. Therefore, he
had no legal right of pressing charges against me of theft on either
the property of Dormition Skete or Holy Apostles Convent, for he holds no
corporate office on either property. He should have submitted to Mother
Mariam's will, (which I had pleaded for), in the civil jurisdiction
since she is Vice President of Dormition Skete, and President of Holy
Apostles Convent. Had Father Peter not called in the Police, and had he
kept the dispute in the ecclesiastical sphere where it belonged, then he
would have appropriately kept the matters under his jurisdiction until
the Abp. returned. In this scenario, Mother Mariam would have had no
part in the conflict, which would have been outside her competence. 6/25Fr. Peter, (along with Sbn. John, and Novice Lazarus),
hypocritically asked Mother Mariam, shortly after my arrest (as I had learned from
Mother Mariam), for permission to search the grounds of Holy Apostles
Convent and look for my keys. Yet Father Peter did not ask for her
authorization to have me arrested by the Police, on her very same grounds.
This is like straining for a gnat and swallowing a camel. 6/25FP falsely and unlawfully accused me to the Police, a clergyman of
the Cathedral, of stealing my zostica, vest, skoofa, and pants, which
belongs to Abp. Gregory, who gave them to me to fulfill the duties he
gave to me to fulfill as Subdeacon of the Cathedral and of which
"liturgical" garments, the Abp, has the sole right of repossession. 6/25 [See
Evidence: "Police Notification," Document #05-2121] This violates:
A) 1 Corinthians 9:7,13 "Who goeth a warfare any time at his own
charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who
feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock?"... "Do ye
not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of
the temple? and they which wait at the alter are partakers with the
alter? "
B) Canon LIX of the Apostles [p. 102] "If any bishop or presbyter fails
to supply necessities when any of the clergy is in want, let him be
excommunicated. If he persists, let him be deposed, as having murdered his
brother."
C) Canon IV of the Apostles [p. 7] "... It is understood that the
Bishop and Presbyters shall distribute a fair share to the Deacons and other
Clergymen."FP falsely and unlawfully accused me, a clergyman of the Cathedral,
to the Police of stealing the Church keys, which belongs to Abp.
Gregory, who gave them to me to fulfill the duties he gave to me to fulfill,
and of which keys, he the Abp, has the sole right of repossession.
[See Evidence: "Police Notification," Document #05-2121] 6/25. This
violates:
A) Apostolic canon 38 [p.57] "Let the Bishop have the care of all
ecclesiastical matters and let him manage them ..." (i.e. property).
B) Canons 24 and 25 of Antioch [p.548] "... the affairs of the Church
should be governed with the judgment and authority of the Bishop...",
and "A Bishop shall have authority over the property and funds of his
church..."
C) Canon XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and
deacons do nothing without the consent of the bishop."Fr. Peter falsely and unlawfully accused me, a clergyman of the
Cathedral, to the Police of stealing my Visa credit card, which reads,
"Brother Nathaniel," which belongs to Abp. Gregory, who gave it to me to
fulfill the duties he conferred upon me, and of which credit card, he the
Archbishop, has the sole right of repossession. [See Evidence: "Police
Notification," Document #05-2121] 6/25. This violates Apostolic canon
38 [p.57] "Let the Bishop have the care of all ecclesiastical matters
and let him manage them ..." (i.e. property), and canons 24 and 25 of
Antioch [p.548] "... the affairs of the Church should be governed with
the judgment and authority of the Bishop...", and "A Bishop shall have
authority over the property and funds of his church..."FP lied to the Police, telling them, "Archbishop Gregory told me
that if Br. Nathaniel gives me any problems, call the Police." 6/25FP deigned to leave me, a clergyman of the Cathedral, homeless and
penniless. 6/25 , violating 1 Corinthians 9:7,13, canon LIX of the
Apostles [p. 102], and canon IV of the Apostles [p. 7]Fr. Peter called in the Police, not to enforce an innocuous charge,
but to enact and enforce what is only the Abp's prerogative, namely:
The Guardianship of the Church and Her sacred altar, (Ex 29; Numbers 3:
Numbers 6) through exercising the excommunication, (viz. stripping me
of my black as a "Thief," and removing me from Church property as a
"Trespasser"], of myself, I who have faithfully served said Church for 1
and 1/2 years. THIS IS THE MOST SERIOUS CHARGE OF ALL AND DEMANDS FR.
PETER'S PERMANENT DEPOSITION 6/25/05 This violates Canon XXXIX (39) of
the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and deacons do nothing without the
consent of the bishop."FP committed a gross sacrilege by stating implicitly that Abp.
Gregory authorized Fr. Peter to call in the Police to enforce the Abp's
prerogative, namely: the Guardianship of the Church and Her sacred altar.
(Ex 29; Numbers 3: Numbers 6) THIS IS ALSO THE MOST SERIOUS CHARGE OF
ALL, AND DEMANDS FR. PETER'S PERMANENT DEPOSITION 6/25/05, and
violates Canon XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and deacons
do nothing without the consent of the bishop."Fr. Peter unlawfully pursued my arrest, incarceration, and
conviction before a Judge, I, a clergyman of the Cathedral , [See Evidence:
"Police Notification," Document #05-2121] , in violation of:
A) I Corinthians 6: "Dare any of you, having a matter against another,
go to the law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?"
B) The 9th Canon of the 4th Ecumenical Council.
C) The 14th Canon of Carthage [612]
D) The 115th canon of Carthage [p.671]According to "Police Summons," (in Archbishop Gregory's
possession), Fr. Peter knowingly lied to the Police in order to procure my arrest,
stating that he was the owner of my 'monks-uniform,' and keys. He knew
full well that said property is solely owned by Archbishop Gregory,
not himself, Fr. Peter. (See Evidence: "Police Summons" 6/25). This
violates:
A) Apostolic canon 38 [p.57] "Let the Bishop have the care of all
ecclesiastical matters and let him manage them ..." (i.e. property).
B) Canons 24 and 25 of Antioch [p.548] "... the affairs of the Church
should be governed with the judgment and authority of the Bishop..." and
"A Bishop shall have authority over the property and funds of his
church..."
C) Canon XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and
deacons do nothing without the consent of the bishop."Fr. Peter, without Archbishop Gregory's authorization, called
"Goldmine Natural Foods," stating that he wished to return an order I had
made, which was blessed by Archbishop Gregory, and telling them that "the
cook" (whom they have on their records as Milton Kapner, aka, Br.
Nathaniel), was no longer with the monastery. Therefore Fr. Peter removed me
from the residence assigned to me by the Archbishop, as my permanent
living quarters, whom I serve as "cook." [Evidence: RMA records of GMNF
Manager, David Kirtchner] 6/28. This violates Canon XXXIX (39) of the
Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and deacons do nothing without the
consent of the bishop."Father Peter, without Archbishop Gregory's authorization, packed up
all of my possessions (including my winter boots), I, a clergyman of
the Cathedral in the residence assigned to me by the Archbishop as my
permanent living quarters, and removed them from the property, giving them
to Mother Mariam to give to me, when all I asked for was, "my wallet, 3
pair of underwear, one pant, and 3 socks." 6/29. This violates Canon
XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and deacons do
nothing without the consent of the bishop."FP unlawfully and criminally, opened my wallet and removed the
Credit Card which reads, "Brother Nathaniel," given to me by Abp.
Gregory, who has the sole right of repossession. 6/29 [See Evidence: "Police
Notification, " Document #05-2121]. This violates:
A) Apostolic canon 38 [p.57] "Let the Bishop have the care of all
ecclesiastical matters and let him manage them ..." (i.e. property).
B) Canons 24 and 25 of Antioch [p.548] "... the affairs of the Church
should be governed with the judgment and authority of the Bishop..." and
"A Bishop shall have authority over the property and funds of his
church..."
C) Canon XXXIX (39) of the Apostles [p. 59]: "Let presbyters and
deacons do nothing without the consent of the bishop."
I place my right hand on the Gospel and affirm all of the above to be true,

Br. Nathaniel Kapner, Sub Deacon
Sbn Nathaniel: "Defrock Fr Peter Wheeler" (Drm Skt
EXPOSING ABP GREGORY III (Continued)
DOCUMENTS ATTATCHED TO SUB DEACON NATHNANIEL'S "REQUEST FOR AN ECCLESIASTICAL COURT, July 11, 2005."
A BIBLICAL WARRANT FOR THE DEFROCKING OF PRIEST-MONK. FR. PETER WHEELER:
July 11, 2005
To the Court:
I, Br. Nathaniel Kapner, Sub Deacon of the Cathedral, hereby request that the defrocking of Presbyter Fr. Peter Wheeler be enacted by the Court.
I begin by citing Charge #12 from my "18 Charges Against Presbyter Fr. Peter Wheeler" Document:
Charge #12 - On 6/25/05, at approximately 8:00 AM, Fr. Peter Wheeler, 'priest-monk,' called in the Police, not to enforce an innocuous civil charge, but to enforce what is only the Abp's prerogative, namely, the guardianship of the Church and Her sacred altar. (Ex 29; Numbers 3: Numbers 6)
A BIBLICAL WARRANT FOR THE DEFROCKING OF PRESBYTER FR. PETER WHEELER
I. THE SAVIOUR WARNS, "Give not that which is holy unto dogs." [Matthew 7];
The apostle St. Paul warns, "Dare any, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not to the saints?" [I Corinthians 6:1]
But this is exactly what priest-monk Peter Wheeler did. The guardianship of the Church and Her sacred altar was conferred upon the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office by said Presbyter, to enact the stripping of Sub Deacon Nathaniel's 'black' in which he is garbed for the service of the Church; to abscond his keys to the Cathedral; to have him removed from the sacred property of the Cathedral; and charging him with the theft of his garb, his keys, and his Visa Card, obtained his arrest and jailing, handing him over to a civil Judge. [See Police Incident Report].Thus, the Police were employed by Fr. Peter Wheeler to definitively enact Sub Deacon Nathaniel's excommunication .
II. BY SAID priest-monk calling in the Police to enact what is the sole right of the Bishop, he became a "profaner" of God's Name and of "the holy things:"
A. Leviticus 22:10; Numbers 1:51 - "The Lord spake to Moses, Let Aaron and his sons take heed concerning the holy things, that they profane not My holy Name. They shall keep My ordinances that they bear not iniquity by profaning them: No stranger shall partake of the holy things, nor draw nigh, lest they die."
III.. SINCE ONLY THE CLERGY are the sole appointees for the guardianship of the Church, and since Fr. Peter called in the Police to act as same, he is guilty of dereliction of his grave responsibility to prevent "strangers drawing nigh," and thus liable to God's proscription:
A. Numbers 18:1 "Aaron and his sons shall bear the guilt in connection with the holy things and with the priesthood. The Levites shall keep the charges of the Tabernacle, only they shall not approach the altar, nor the holy things, so both Aaron and his sons and the Levites shall not die." [A neglect that when even allowing the lower clergy access to the matters of the altar, not to mention allowing 'police' access, caused both the two ranks of clergy to be liable to death.]
IV. AS NADAB AND ABIHU offered "strange fire which the Lord did not command" and were burnt alive, so Fr. Peter Wheeler brought forth 'strange service,' "which the Lord did not command," by calling in the Police to enact Sbn. Nathaniel's excommunication:
A. Leviticus 10:1-2: "And Nadab and Abihu offered strange fire before the Lord, which the Lord did not command, and fire came forth from the Lord, and they were devoured and died."
V. BECAUSE FR. PETER Wheeler disobeyed God's ordinances in regard to the sacred, he is liable to the 'curse:'
A. Deuteronomy 28:15-19 - "If you do not obey my ordinances, cursed shall be thy coming in and cursed shall be thy going out."
VI. THE LAW OF MOSES and the Prophets makes it quite clear that a priest such as Fr. Peter Wheeler, is liable to God's wrath, for not differentiating between the 'sacred' [the Church] and the 'profane' [the Police]; the 'clean' [the baptized, Sbn. Nathaniel] and the unclean [unbaptized, the Police]:
A. Leviticus 10:10 - "It is a perpetual statute for the sons of Aaron to distinguish between sacred and profane, the clean and unclean, and to teach the children of Israel thus."
B. Ezekiel 22:26;31 - "The priests profaned My holy things and I was profaned in the midst of them: they have not distinguished between the sacred and the profane, nor the clean from the unclean. So I poured out my wrath upon them and have recompensed their ways on their own heads."
VII. THE PROPHETS EZEKIEL and Malachi make it quite clear that those priests who commit sacrilege as did Fr. Peter Wheeler, are to be dishonored and deposed:
A. Ezekiel 44:7-14 - "You have brought in aliens, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, (unbaptized), to act in my sanctuary and profane it, where you offer My bread, flesh, and blood, and ye appointed others to keep the charges in my sanctuary.
Therefore, thus saith the LORD GOD, No alien, no uncircumcised in heart or in flesh shall enter into my sanctuary of all the sons of strangers that are in the midst of the house of Israel. Thus these Levites who departed from Me, shall not draw nigh to minister to me in the priests' office, not approach to the holy things of the children of Israel, nor approach my holy of holies, but they shall bear their reproach for the error wherein the erred."
B. Malachi 2 - "Ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi, and dishonored My Name. Therefore I have spread dung on your faces and have made you despised and cast out among all the people."
VIII. BECAUSE FR. PETER Wheeler admitted to Mother Mariam on July 2, 05, that he knew that Sbn. Nathaniel would never relinquish his 'black,' yet still pressed charges against Sbn. Nathaniel for "stealing" his black, thus obtaining his jailing, said Presbyter egregiously violated the Savior's warning of Matthew 25:33, and therefore disqualified himself as a 'teacher,' that is, 'a priest:'
A. Matthew 25:43 - "Then the King shall say unto those on on the left hand, "Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels, for I was in prison, and ye visited Me not." [Fr. Peter Wheeler's condemnation is greater. For he is guilty of, "for ye Put Me in prison."] [He can repent, but he has disqualified himself forever as a priest]
B. Hosea 4:6 - "Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt not minister as priest to me; and as thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I also will forget your children."
C. Malachi 2 - "The preservation of God and His Law are to be upon the priest's lips. But you have caused many to fail in following the Law; ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi."
VIII.BECAUSE OF FR. PETER'S DESPISING and maltreatment of a sheep of God's flock, he is liable to God's severe punishment:
A. Jeremiah 23:!-2: "Woe to the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of their pasture! Therefore, thus saith the Lord against them that tend My people: You have scattered My sheep and driven them out, and ye have not visited them: behold, I will take vengeance upon you according to your evil practices."
B. Ezekiel 34: 1-10 -"Woe to the shepherds who do not feed the flock! The scattered you have not brought back, nor have you sought for the lost, but with force and severity you have dominated them. Therefore ye shepherds, hear the word of the Lord, "Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I shall demand My sheep from them and make them cease feeding sheep and I shall deliver My flock from their mouth."
IX. FR. PETER, because of all of the above violations of God's laws and ordinances in respect to the priesthood, is now permanently marred with a perpetual blemish, and thus disqualified to continue as a priest:
A. Leviticus 21:17 - "Say to Aaron, A man of who has a blemish on him shall not draw nigh to offer the gifts of God."
X. MOREOVER, PRIEST-MONK Wheeler's hands are those of a murderer, and can no longer pray at the Proskimedee, "I shall wash my hands in innoncency":
A. I John 3 - "This is the message that we have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. He who hates his brother is a murderer, and ye know that no murder hath eternal life abiding in him."
[Fr.Peter gave full proof and illustration of his "hatred for his fellow clergyman and brother," by treating him as a "publican," by calling in the Police, asking them to strip him of his 'black,' and having him arrested, incarcerated, and sent before a Judge as a "Thief."]
I, therefore, Sub Deacon Nathaniel Kapner, submit to the Ecclesiastical Court, this Biblical warrant for Father Peter Wheeler's permanent deposition.
For the future protection of Christ's Holy Church,
