A delegation of monks from Mount Athos was received!
Rebel monks
A delegation of monks from Mount Athos was received yesterday by Ecumenical Patriarch Vartholomaios in Istanbul to discuss an order for the eviction of 93 ultra-Orthodox monks in the monastic community's 1,000-year-old Esphigmenou Monastery. The eviction order was issued in December 2002 following the monks' refusal to recognize the patriarch's authority, as they oppose his efforts to improve relations with the Catholic Church. In March, the Council of State rejected an appeal against the order by a Mount Athos abbot.

Pope John Paul wasn't the meek little lamb portrayed by the media. He caused the bombings in Kossovo and "beatified" the serial killer Alojzije Stepinac, who killed 800,000 Orthodox Martyrs.
"Blessed" Stepinac. What a scary-looking vampire!
Wojtyla.
Lets pray for the poor souls of Karol Wojtyla and Stepinac, that our Lord may have mercy upon them...
Where will they go?
I know these questions and statements might seem childish, but where will these poor monks go if they are made to leave,is there a committee that is gonna help these monks.....where will they go,and the real question is who can they trust???..will they remain in greece or what ??I think this is so sad and Im now starting to understand this whole Ecumenism thing, and how they are somehow getting connected to this KISS....is this kinda what the catacomb church was going thru (without the killings)...you know my Catholic family always had a an altar at home and was Blessed by an elder of the home with Holy water and several prayers including some to denounce all evil forces from the house the altar was in and on this altar and the walls were Icons of many saints, and family we knew had been pious and true to Christ and had fallen asleep, religous relics left by family members who had fallen asleep, photos of the very ill, palms from palm sunday and candles, we often spent more time there than at church ,because somehow my Grandparents knew that somthing was terribly wrong with the catholic church and that it wouldnt save us, they knew somthing was wrong ,but didnt have any knowledge or truth and didnt even know Orthodoxy existed, they sometimes would say Our Brothers the Russians with the long beards and and capes seem so pleasant and holy, why arent we doing processions like that? ...therefore we would have get togethers at different houses and
have hour long prayer vigils, with no priest, and on certain feast days we did processions with no priests.. it was hard to trust anybody, the people and priests thought we were crazy for wanting to pray outside of church and without a priest......anyway back to the Monks,is it bad to say that if I had a million dollars I would build these monks a Monastery all for themselves and all those following in the footsteps of the TRUE Orthodox Church - all ecumenists to the Left and all true believers to the Vitaly ,ooops I meant right...............

CHRIST IS RISEN!
Pope John Paul wasn't the meek little lamb portrayed by the media.
I've been saying that all along. We have to stop being so naive and believing in the outward appearance. There is nothing good that comes out of the Vatican. They even have that freemason obelisk in their courtyard. or somewhere thereabouts. How obvious is that?
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)
The Roman Church has many many problems. May we have the wisdom to forgive them all their sins while remaining awake and vigilant in defense of precious Orthodoxy.
Lord have mercy on those who belong to Christ (my brothers and sisters) who have been led into error.
Ephraem

No force on zealot monks at Esphigmenou
No force on zealot monks
The Istanbul-based Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople and the Mt Athos monastic community have opted for stealth rather than force in their efforts to evict some 100 ultra-Orthodox monks from the Esphigmenou Monastery.
The abbots of the other 19 Mt Athos monasteries met yesterday at Karyes, the community’s administrative center, to decide on further action against the Esphigmenou monks whom they asked to leave the monastery in December 2002. The most likely course of action, it appeared last night, is to establish another monastic community, decare it the legal proprietors of the monastery and settle it temporarily elsewhere.
Last March, Greece’s Council of State, the highest administrative court, rejected an appeal by Esphigmenou’s abbot, Methodios, to nullify the eviction order by the Patriarchate and the monastic community. The court said it had no jurisdiction over the matter, adding that the Patriarchate has absolute authority over the community. The Esphigmenou monks broke with the mainstream Orthodox Church in 1964, when Patriarch Athenagoras met with Pope John VI. The ultra-Orthodox regard the pope as evil incarnate.
