Kontakion of the Publican & Pharisee

As the Publican let us bring our cries of sorrow to the Lord, and let us fall before Him at the Master's feet. For He desires the salvation of all; He grants forgiveness unto all that repent, and He has for our sake taken flesh, though He is God co-eternal with the Father.

I thought the Publican and the Pharisee falls on the 38th Sunday after Pentecost.

Am I mistaken?

The SUnday of the Publican & Pharisee is related to the date of Pascha and thus can fall on different Sundays (after Pentecost) each year.
