New Look and New Items in the store!

The resting place of threads that were very valid in 2004, but not so much in 2024. Basically this is a giant historical archive.

New Look and New Items in the store!

Post by 尼古拉前执事 »

It is December 1 on the new calendar and that means Nativity ornaments have returned to the store in the crosses section. Also, we have spent the last week on a redesign which you should now see. If not, please do a hard reload/refresh in Firefox or whatever browser you may be using.

Please check it out as OrthodoxyOr Death and I (Well mostly OOD) have spent a lot of hours the last week creating this and we want everyone to see every page and alert us of any bugs you may find.

If you do find a glitch or two, please tell us your Operating system (i.e. Mac OS X 10.3.6, Mac OS 9.2.2, Red Hat Linux, Yellow Dog Linux, Windows 95, etc.) and browser you are using (Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera, OmniWeb, iCab, Camino, Netscape Navigator, Communicator, IE, etc.)

Thank you in advance and we hope everytone finds this design acceptable.

I like the new look too, one thing that I've noticed however, is that the contast between the background colour and the white of the normal forum text background is less discernable than with the previous colour scheme due to less contast. If you look at a "double quote" in the forum, for example:

x wrote:
y wrote:

blah blah blah

blah blah blah

the border between what user "x" said and what user "y" said is not very clear- which is a shame, because I really like the new colours!

"As long as it depends on Monothelitism, then Miaphysitism is nothing but a variant of Monophysitism."
