Well, in "The Mote in God's Eye" by Niven and Pournelle, a Science Fiction novel, the alien species "Moties" have three arms one of which is particularly "The Gripping Hand". And the phrase for a situation with more then 2 points of view that developes on Earth after "on the other hand" is "on the Griping Hand". But I didn't think that everyone would know that book.

So this is possibly a topic with 3 points on Gender bias" 1)Yes, there is such a thing in cultures 2) it's not the same degree or type etc in every culture 3) not every interaction has it.
