My wife was in an accident

Please pray for my wife Michaela who was hit by a car yesterday (guy turned right into her when it was her right of way). She is doing ok given the circumstances but has a bruised body, chipped tooth, and busted lip. She is in pain but has medication. Thank God, she was not more severely hurt. OC.net Forum member TonyS and I went down there to the hospital and were with her most of the day. She then came home with us at six pm.

She wasn't in a car--she was walking and hit by a car

But she is in better spirits now.

Her's was a merciful escape. Collisions between vehicles and people are very one sided events. I wish her a quick and complete recovery from what must have a frightening and painful experience.

Hopefully the driver will be more carefull in future.
