May I ask a question? How is Western Orthodox part of Orthodoxy? They don't have the same traditions with us, or they have quite mixes with both Catholicism and Orthodoxy. How are they Orthodox when they aknowledge Western Traditions? (No offense to them in any way). They ressemble quite a lot to Uniates who mix religions around trying to get aknowledged by everyone so that they can commune and recieve anyone. I understand there used to be Catholics too in Mount Athos just a little after the Schism, but it is really odd how the whole world of Orthodox stopped using Western rite liturgy.

The Sarum Rite, as ROCOR practices and also this St Hilarion Monastery does, is the Rite the Western Church used in Britain before the schism. It is not like the Antiochian 'Western Rite' which is basically the Anglican Service.

I must comment that this prayer book appears pretty complete and will add it to my wish list.

One should not limit oneself when it comes to worship & praise of the Lord and His holy Mother etc.
