Dear Friends,
Greetings from Haiti.
I prepared this yesterday but we were interrupted
by local political and civil disturbance and I had to
stop before sending it. One of my RC priest friends
was arrested by the disbanded former military and was
placed in jail along with two other RC priests. No
warrants were issued, and Fr. Jerry was roughed-up; I
had to go and help him. When I returned to Maison
Orthodoxe there was no inter-net connection, and I
gave-up at midnight.
Even if you have finished the Liturgy, please ask
the Tehotokos to pray for our protection down here; it
is becoming unbearable.
