Great article on Non-Chalcedonians and Ecumenism

Post by Christopher »

Hey folks, check out this link addressing the orthodox / non-chalcedonian issues. It is not only informative but funny as well.

One more thing-- please do not use this thread as an excuse for bashing OCA, Greeks, Antiochians, or any other jurisdiction.

I have a problem with parts of this article. First it is based on speculation. Speculation that the Coptics, etc have saints which are militant Monoph. second it admits the fact that there might have been misunderstands between the churches.

If hypothetically the reasons for schism between the churches was declared null and void then both sides should embrace each other in a brotherly embace and give thanks to G*d that the Church is One.

Regradless of how much discontent my reside over the schism the Coptics, etc... were part of the original deposit of faith. We should not lose sight of that issue.
