Well it seems Target is dragging their feet on hiring me. I did their drug test and have yet to hear back. I gave my weeks notice to my old job, that ended Friday, because i was told that I would hear by Tuesday and start training this week. This leaves us with no income at present.
Kita got hired on in the school dstrict as a teacher's aide and goes today for her physical and hopefully that goes well and they start her ASAP. We are praying that this happens ASAP as well.
And then there is the kicker to this little bind...
We are suspicious that Kita is about a week or so pregnant. With all that has been going on (see above) we area bit freaked out about that possibility. Kita went for a pregnancy test today and was told that it was negative, but she has all of the "signs and symptoms" so she was told to come back in a week or so and retest.
I just ask for all the prayers that we can get that in the end God's Will be done. I thank you in advance and will keep you posted.
Two things, fwiw. When Wal-Mart hired me, it took them like a week after the drug test results were supposed to have been returned (like 10 days after the actual test) to get in contact with me; I think sometimes a call or two helps if personel there at that store are a bit slow.
