I will take a good look at the Zisis article as soon as possible (school keeps me busy).

I am sure you must've come across some of these articles in your research, but just in case, I would direct you to the articles found here: http://www.orthodoxunity.org/articles.html In addition, a book that I want to read myself, and one that comes highly recommended, is a book by a scholar of the Malankara Orthodox Church, Father V.C. Samuel: The Council of Chalcedon Re-examined (I think that's the title).

Well I didn't get to it over the weekend, but I did just grab some articles and put them on floppy and will read them tonight or tomorrow

And please say a prayer for me when I sound like I'm being arrogant, mean, or so forth. I'm trying to walk the hard, tight wire between holding the faith that the Othodox Church's Fathers held, and being loving and trying to be open. I sometimes err on the side of closedmindedness because I'm afraid of ever falling into error on the opposite side. If/when I say anything about groups outside of Orthodoxy, I do so not as an attack on anyone, but because I'm trying to be honest with everyone and faithful to the Fathers. I just gave my Catholic father-in-law a document the other day, for instance, detailing the differences between Catholicism and Orthodoxy. I didn't do it because I want to offend him, but I did it because I want things to be done honestly and having as much "on the table" as possible. There's something to be said for going slowly and having well-intentioned caution.

Not to worry...I've been pretty busy myself. Take your time, I'll be here for a while. Whether that is a good or a bad thing, I'll let you be the judge.
