Need help, please, if you can!

Post by Rebekkah »

Hello, I have been lurking for some time now but haven't posted. I hate to have my first post be of something that I need but...I am trying to help out our choir person. :)

We are in search of the music for the troparian for Holy Prince Vladimir.

Can anyone steer me in a direction? Or maybe someone here has it and would email it to me???

Thank you for any help you can give,

Rebecca

Rebecca, welcome! Have you tied the Ustav group linked in our portal? They are very good when you need such things.

Thank you, Deacon. We have found one thankfully....finally. :)

We do not subscribe to the ustav list but my husband, Nicodemus reads through the archives occasionally to see what is going on there.

I enjoy this site very much. I have read with interest the modest dress threads and such.

We are a family of 8: myself, Nico, our sons Herman; Timothy; Alexander (whom we call Sasha); and Andrew and 2 daughters: Irene and Anna. We are converts  Nico was a Baptist minister before we found the Orthodox church. We attempt to live piously and in a traditional manner when many around us do not.

Sorry to ramble on, just thought I would share a little about us since you were kind enough to respond.

Thanks again for responding.

Rebecca

welcome to our forum! no need to appologize for any 'rambling' I'm sure :) Father Nikolai would agree as well I'm sure... and I think it's great that all of you have converted to Orthodoxy. :) /\
