I dont believe this was him. I dont think this guy belong to any one.
My priest had a baptism of one of his family members and that "priest" wanted to come, and my antiochian priest said that he cannont come dressed as a priest, and he got mad about it. Any way during that conversation this guy admitted that he is not a real priest.

I doubt he would be ROAC. Or he just claimed to be. But he does "liturgies" up in big bear some where with a little congregation.

Hmm, if your priest was traditionalist he would know that priests are always seen in public "dressed like one". Just to clarify you are saying the Father John Claypool incident is separate from the priest claiming to be an ecumenist and ROAC and later you remembering that he said he was not a priest at all?

He doesnt consider ROAC priest to be priest since in our eyes ROAC is Schismatic. So he doesnt want ROAC priest coming to his parish dressed as priest.

Yes seperate issue.

ROAC and later you remembering that he said he was not a priest at all?

You lost me on that one can you please clarify.

He may not consider Father John a priest, but in Orthodoxy a priest does not have the option of going some where without his cassock on. (Even though I understand that the AOA has told their priests quite the opposite in banning this)

As for the last comment, originally you said this ecumenist guy was a ROAC priest and then later you said, "Any way during that conversation this guy admitted that he is not a real priest.". It seemed if you had not remembered that part when you originally posted.
