Cyprian says that those in "World Orthodoxy" are heretics but have grace. Grace filled heretics is where people call him a heretic.

Reading that book about the True Orthodox Church in Greece, I am learning alot. Its pretty intresting. I believe all Synods in Resistance have Apostolic Succession, even the matthewites even though some bishop where concecrated by one bishop but later had the ritual of "lying of the hands" by ROCOR.

Calling Metropolitan Cyprian, I dont believe is a heretic, I believe that people are in "world Orthodoxy" are ignorant of all of things about Orthodoxy.
