Another Jurisdiction Poll

Post by Justin Kissel »

We've had some new people come to the Cafe, and a few of the older members have switched jurisdictions, so I thought I'd post another poll asking which jurisdiction people are in. If you are seriously considering a move to another jurisdiction please say so, and also if you are "in between" jurisdictions (as someone who is a catechumen might be) please say so; in that way we can have a better idea of the true make-up of the forum.

Thanks for the poll, Justin.

I am part of the OCA, which is Orthodox.

I know some people are sensitive (I don't say wrongly) about the Administration and Moderators being open as to their ecclesiastical affiliation, so I'll admit that I chose "In one jurisdiction, but seriously considering a move to another jurisdiction". :)

I think that OCA and moving from one to another being tied for first is even more interesting!

OCA responses

Nicholas said: "I think that OCA and moving from one to another being tied for first is even more interesting!"

Well, I know I am one of the OCA, and I know Gregory, who goes to
the same Church, and is OCA. Neither of us is planning on jumping
to another jurisdiction anytime soon. My guess, would be ROCOR
to ROAC....since we are in the speculation phase of this poll. :P
Personally, I think it would have been better to just put all the
different jurisdictions up and poll from that.

With humble bow,

Mistake

Post by Chrysostomos »

Just realized I made a mistake. I thought the Gregory who
responded on this subject was the Gregory, I attend the same
church at, alas I was wrong. None-the-less, I still hold to my
very speculative view..... :)

With a very big humble bow,

Rd. Chrysostomos
