Don't you find it a bit strange how Bartholomew calls us schismatics and tries desperatley at every turn to evict our monks and marginalize us as much as possible, while at the same time, calls the grand-daddy of all heretics and the his body of followers "the other lung for which the Church of Christ breathes" and recognizes them as having Grace?

With such thinking, are you sure you want to follow him and his warped logic?

The problem with the EP right now is he is a captive of the past. As I said, he needs to move from his prison and be immersed in his flock.

I don't think Bart moving out of the Phanar is gonna change his goofy beliefs.

"Ecumenical" - I believe the historical meaning to be "for all those who are orthodox" I may be wrong. But if this is the case, then he cannot make that claim since a heretic cannot be for anything orthodox in its true sense.

Well, your statement assumes that he IS a heretic. That is a view held by a few schismatic sects who have lost The Way.

these "few schismatic sects" have the teachings of the Saints and councils to back up their actions. the World "orthodox" have neo-papal patriarch worship to back them up. How can a person who says the papists are "the other lung" not be a heretic?????
