Even though I support their resistance, I favour them handling it more wisely, as wise as serpents, and at least pursuing dialogue and issuing tactful commuiniques to the ep, the Oikumene and Christendom. Their position is cut and dry vis a vis the ep, but they need to educate a public of history, Orthodoxy, and why they do not commemorate. They could derail the ep by doing so and spark renewal in the Phanar...THEY ARE AVOIDING THIS OBLIGATION TO THE CHURCH.

These monks are being completely persecuted. It's an outrage!! My Greek friend is sending a letter to Bartholomew. And I am very happy that they don't commemorate the Pat of Constantinople. They have the courage to stand strong for Holy Orthodoxy.

Is there a place when we can order this flag… But not on the chest… Hey I think you must shave your chest!!!

Besides a donation and writing the E.P., is there anything else we can do for these monks?
http://esphigmenou.com/Are there formal, cannonical procedures or ways the laity can as for a synod to decide the matter?
andy
Do not be so naïve. Of course there are canonical procedures etc… But if those canonical procedures were respected Batholomeus should have been trialed long ago… Bartholomeus is a dictator who feel himself above the canons… The only way I think about is to send volunteers to defend the monastery… and fight back Bartholomeus’ antechristical forces

Jesus told us : our “yes” should be “yes” and our “no” should be “no”. Hence, this monks are right in giving a clear answer without compromission. Saint Mark of Ephesus did not say, “yes but maybe…”. The dissimulation of one’s faith or opinion in times of persecution is a Shiite attitude called Taqyia not an Orthodox one
Have you heared this rumor. In case of eviction, the Ephisgmenou monastery would relocate to Mansonville? Is it true?

"Be as wise as serpents..."
"Be wise as serpents" is Scriptural. I in no way advanced equivocation but total victory...
