I just went on this website i and trying to learn more , I just seen it has listed sister churches , is any one familiar with the genuine Orthodox Church of Russia listed as one , I only heard of roac, and rtoc , also some groups from the church in exile.
Also the goc-a I’m not familiar with are they in communion with goc-k? They seem to be pretty big compared to the goc-s.
The TOC-R is headed by Met. Raphael of Moscow. From what I know, it started out as various catacomb communities that eventually became a single synod. Met. Raphael maintains good relations with ROAC's First Hierarch Met. Theodore. In fact, Met. Theodore just last month visited Met. Raphael and concelebrated in one of his churches. Though the RTOC seems to be more hostile towards his synod.
The GOC-A isn't in communion with the GOC-K, mainly due to the union in 2014. The churches which claim apostolic succession from St. Matthew have always been the smaller of the two Greek synods.
Thank you . I did not know that about roac , or that the rtoc has a different stance , I assume the three have the same pre revolution orthodox ecclesiastical teachings , just differ in administration.
Are the goc-a intrested talks with other goc-s churches , are they the closed to each other or open to discussion of concelebrating?
