Please keep on praying for me
First I would like to thank those who had prayed and are praying for me... The situation is still difficult : in addition to the refusal of the renewal of the residence permit the administration has delivered an order of expulsion (which at the moment cannot be executed until the Tribunal decides if it is legal or not).
However, there is a positive evolution : next Friday 16th the Administrative tribunal will study my first suit (against the renewal of the residency permit) at 9 AM GMT (10 AM in Paris). It is a emergency procedure : if it works, I will be protected for about 7 months until the Tribunal in a second "audience" examines more accurately the facts.

Thank you very much
Thank you very much to everybody... The audience went quite well (it is my feeling). The decision will be known within 10-15 days... My situation has nothing to do with the riots because the refusal was issued before such riots... It is more probably due to the fact that some persons are more harsh in examining a file and will only point the negative elements... and forget those advocating for the renewal...
Again thak you to everybody...

Things are getting worse
Well, I phoned the tribunal this morning to know its decison My request has been rejected (I will receive the letter later)... This was theonly "hope" to hae a quick positive judgment since the other one will take 8 months.
Moreover next Friday at 8:30 PM, there will be the 2nd trial about the legality of the decision of expulsion... If it fails too, a possible positive decision would only come within 7 to 9 months. But meanwhile, I will not be allowed to work and it will be a real problem to simply live.
I thank again those who prayed (are praying)...

At last a good new
Well I went to the Tribunal this afternoon since the case has been judged last Friday (i.e the judge took her decision). Even if I do not have already the copy of her decision, I know that the administrative "act" deciding to expulse me from France was cancelled. The judge thought it was illegal...
This is a positive evolution of course... but I shall be able to say more things when I have the written document. This does not mean of course an autolatic delivery of a residency permit... It is tsill long way to Jerusalem, but things can be considered with optimism
I thank everybody for his prayers...
