I also use the blue "Eastern Orthodox prayer book" from the 1940's or so. I bought in a couple of years ago on-line at amazon.com!

Holy Transfiguration Monastery's prayer book is wonderful.
As for old prayerbooks, I like the old Metropolia Prayer book (English/Slavonic-- it is the one I have with me at the center).
