I appreciate the unique opportunity to consider and discuss traditional Orthodox truths which this forum provides, despite it's disingenuous repeated misrepresentation that Oriental Orthodox are monophysite believers. I'm not and I don't know anyone who is. The whole modernist tehadeso movement in the rebellious Western influenced pockets of the Ethiopean Orthodox Church is disappointing, but not unique to Oriental Orthodox.

I would argue that the Oriental Christians are Monophysites, but this isn't the thread for that. Are you currently inquiring into a specific TOC?

I wouldnt say the Oriental Orthodox have avoided ecumenism. The Ethiopian Tewahedo church is one of the founders of the World Council of Churches and Pope Tawadros II frequently attends ecumenical prayer services with both Pope Francis and Patriarch Bartholomew.

The Oriental Christians are allowed communion at Eastern Orthodox parishes and vice versa. It’s clear they have fully embrace the heretical message of ecumenism

The Oriental Christians are not allowed communion at Traditional True Orthodox Christian parishes due to their embrace of ecumenism. Many of the Orientals have embraced forms of the New Calendar.

Please continue to try to be true to Christ's commandments to His people. Your efforts continue to be the best and truest that I am aware of. You are helping me understand the errors that are weakening my church and it's families. I don't know of any TOC communities that I can attend now. I attended some in the past when able.
