OrthodoxyNow,
Just in case you are interested, I thought I'd mention two books in the English language on Scripture from an Orthodox perspective. The first one is Scripture and Tradition by Archbishop Chrysostomos and Bishop Auxentios. It's a small (though cheap) book, and covers most of the bases pretty quickly. The second one is a book of works by Fr. Georges Florovsky, and it probably the best book on the subject in the English language. It is called Bible, Church, Tradition, and is the First Volume of his (ie. Florovsky's) Collected Works. This book is sort of hard to get ahold of (I borrowed it from a Priest), so if can't locate a copy at a local parish, and don't mind online reading, you could read it in it's entirety here. Neither of these two works are focused totally on scripture, but mainly focus on scripture, tradition, and the Church, and how they all relate to one another. Still, they are (IMO) the best books on scripture available in English (excluding various patristic commentaries, some of which can be found here).
