I didn't have time to check the French, but I plan to do so.
That sounds better ! A reprieve, maybe, from a big disaster.
Maybe they will change their minds completely, if given real freedom to express their opinion.
Since one may guess that the assembly or the Parish Council are controlled by the usual suspects.
