H.E. Metropolitan Cyprian seems surprised that ROCOR is in communion with Serbia...but this excerpt from the periodical Orthodox Tradition, v. 9:1 (1992) seems to explicitly counter this; in this periodical, the authors--a full two years before the union--state that the ROCOR is in communion with Serbia and Jerusalem. I wonder what is going on?
