I think right now inter-jurisdicitonal relations are rather irrelevant right now, due to the large changes right now going on between ROCOR & the MP. The OCA & ROCOR have mostly co-existed on the administrative in a somewhat steady, sometimes uneasy peace for some time now. On the community level, there are some towns that have parishes of both that HATE each other, and other towns that are very friendly & work together for the betterment of both parishes & the community. I think at the moment, ROCOR has bigger fish to fry, and talks with the OCA might happen later.
