Actually, in transliterated Greek it is:
Iperagia Theotoke, soson imas!

As far as I know, there is no such word as ipanagia. The word panagia means all-holy. Iperagia means most holy. Although the Theotokos is commonly referred to as the Panagia, and the word is frequently applied to her in the services, in this particular exclamation the Greek word used is iperagia.
